Asha House are committed to providing all residents with a quality and secure Student accommodation, supported by the highest standard of customer service.
A particularly important function in dealing with guests is the first face you see when you come into our student accommodation. Our management team oversee the day to day running of Asha House and all of its facilities. They have a particular responsibility for delivering customer service and ensuring that all of your needs are dealt with efficiently. That means an interest in everything related to living in Loughborough as a student. We employ student staff members within our Accommodation Team who live here in the building and spend their time working in the office, supporting residents, arranging events and social activities and provide 24/7 fire safety assistance. Your personal welfare is paramount and they are there for you if you have any personal problems with your accommodation or the University – seek advice from a fellow student! They are also on call out of office hours.
We employ on site our maintenance team who are responsible for dealing with repairs within the building and meeting health and safety regulations as well as keeping Asha House clean and tidy
Letters and parcels are accepted at the accommodation office, on your behalf. We will apply our best efforts to match your requirements on the rooms provided. TV’s are provided in the communal area of apartments as part of your rental package and the licence fee is included.
