Welcome to Asha House

Asha House in Loughborough is home to 126 UK and International Students every year. Ideally located in Loughborough town centre, it gives easy access to the University, on foot, by bike or by bus; as well as to the bars and shops.

We offer:

  • A town centre location, less than 15 minutes walk to Loughborough University Campus.

  • Purpose built, spacious, modern accommodation with private en-suite in every room.

  • All bills are included. We also provide on-site laundry facilities, and 100 Mbps WiFi.

  • Our maintenance team is onsite, and our site ambassador is on call out of office hours.

  • Our building is safe and secure, and includes secure onsite bike storage.

 

  • The main office on the ground floor of building is open 10AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday. For general enquiries and bookings outside of these hours, we will endeavour to deal with all enquiries, bookings and payment requests via email to enquiries@ashahouse.co.uk.

  • All repairs or maintenance issue shoud be reported to maintenance@ashahouse.co.uk. Our Maintenance Manager will endeavour to resolve the issue within 24 hours. For emergencies or immediate repair, please call 01509 266258 and speak to our ambassador.

  • In the event of emergencies outside of normal office hours during the week, and on weekends, our ambassador can be contacted by telephoning 01509 266 258.
