It is important that you report faults the moment they are occur or are discovered. We have a team who work on-site or are available 24/7 to keep Asha House running as it should.

Please report any and all issues from even a slightly dripping tap as soon as possible by clicking on the “MAKE A REQUEST” icon below and completing the information. It is important to us that we keep the building in good condition and keep your tenancy here as stress free as possible.

Maintenance requests are usually dealt within 24 hours. In the event of an emergency report the emergency to the management office and out of hours by speaking to our ambassador by telephoning 01509 266 258.

Our maintenance contractors will fix all vital issues in order to ensure minimum inconvenience to your facilities.
